Windmill’s Client Coaching Program
During your Windmill loan application process, you will get an opportunity to book a session with a Client Success Coach. Here’s how it works:
- Booking a coaching session: After submitting your application and supporting documents, you will receive an email with a Calendly link to schedule your one-on-one virtual session via Zoom. If the link doesn’t arrive immediately after the first stage, rest assured that you will still have the opportunity to connect with a coach during the final stage of your loan process.
- Coach Selection: You will be automatically assigned a coach during your loan process at Windmill. Once a coach is assigned to you, you will get their names and contact details. All our coaches are very knowledgeable, friendly and accessible via email.
- Guidance Offered: Our coaches are equipped to assist you with creating an "Action Plan" that can support you in achieving your desired career goal in Canada during your process of licensing, accreditation or study program. They can also connect you with essential settlement services as needed. The focus is on creating a supportive and non-judgmental environment to facilitate your integration into Canada’s job market.
