Once you have taken out a loan from Windmill Microlending, you are required to make regular monthly payments according to the repayment schedule provided. Here’s what you need to know about managing these payments:
- Payment Deduction: Payments are automatically deducted from the bank account you have on file with us.
- Scheduled Date: Payments are set for the 15th of each month. If the 15th falls on a weekend or a public holiday, your bank might process the payment slightly earlier or later, typically a day or two before or after the scheduled date.
Ensuring Successful Payments
- Funds Availability: It’s crucial to ensure that there are sufficient funds in your account by the payment date. This helps in avoiding any issues with payment defaults or bank charges for insufficient funds.
- Budget Planning: To ensure that you always have sufficient funds for your loan repayment, consider your monthly budgeting practices and accommodating this regular expense.
Changing Your Banking Information
- Update Procedure: If you need to change the bank account details from which your loan payments are deducted, please send an updated void cheque to the Loan Management Team at Windmill Microlending.
- Contact Information: Email your void cheque to [email protected].
Please note that the payment date of the 15th cannot be altered. Planning and ensuring that your account is appropriately funded in advance of this date will help maintain your loan account in good standing and avoid any potential financial hiccups.
