Receiving Your Decision
If your loan application is not approved after a full Loan Review Team review:
- Decision Letter: You will receive a decision letter via email, which includes the reasons for the decline.
- Appeal Link: The email will contain a link to appeal the decision if your decline is eligible for an appeal.
How to Appeal
- Review the Decision: Understand the reasons for the decline as outlined in the decision letter.
- Click the Appeal Link: Use the link provided in the decline email to access the appeal form.
- Submit an Appeal: You can submit an appeal up to 30 days from the date of the decision. When appealing, be sure to:
- Provide sufficient reasons for reconsideration.
- Include any additional supporting documents or information that could impact a re-assessment.
Considerations for a Successful Appeal
- Detailed Explanation: Clearly explain why the decision should be reconsidered.
- Additional Evidence: Include any new information or changes in circumstances that support your case.
The Windmill Appeals Team will review your appeal and provide a decision within 30 days of submission of the appeal. Remember that all decisions from our Windmill Appeals Team are final.
