Payment Delay or Deferral

Unfortunately, we are unable to delay or defer payments entirely. If you require a lowering of your payment, please inform Loan Management at loanmanagement@teamwindmill.org at least 5 business days before the scheduled payment. The loan management team will review your request and confirm if we are able to lower the payment as a one-month courtesy.
