How do I make a deposit?

If you would like to make a deposit towards your Windmill microloan we recommend that you add our company as a bill payee through your own banking institution, which you can usually do online. You can then transfer funds directly to your account as a payment, whenever you like.

Note: There are two instances where you might make deposits outside of the regular direct debit from your account. The first is when you are making an extra payment to reduce your outstanding balance. In this case, the payment will be taken off of your balance, and your next payment will be withdrawn from your account as usual

The second instance is where you are late on a payment. In this case, the extra deposit will be applied to any late payments, and your next payment will still be withdrawn from your account as usual.

To add Windmill as a payee through your bank, you must use your loan number as your account number. If you do not know your loan number, you may find it by logging in to the Client Portal.  It will take 2-3 business days to apply the deposit to your account.

If you would like to make a payment in person through your branch, please contact the Loan Management Team for instructions on how to do so.
